Thomas F. Cox

Thom Cox is a native and lifelong resident of St. Petersburg, Florida. Mr. Cox completed his high school and college education on an accelerated program wherein he graduated magna cum laude at the age of 18 with a B.A. in government and history from Morehead State University. He continued his education at Stetson University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1983.

Mr. Cox is a seasoned attorney and efficient problem-solver.  With his varied background in business and law, he has a passion for counseling clients on how-to efficiently navigate the completive legal/business landscape.  Nearly five years prior to the change in business operations as a result of Covid-19, he envisioned and developed the on-line client attorney portal “Video Lawyer on Demand”.  This innovate platform is what allows his firm to enrich attorney client relationships worldwide and provide 1 on 1 consulting services to advance your business.

He is a frequent lecturer and author on legal and business issues on real estate, estate planning and business development.  He has now focused his knowledge and experience on providing stellar estate planning services to include wills, estates, trusts and asset preservation. 

When Thom is not assisting clients advanced their future, he is often traveling with family hiking the Globe or working his multi-acre farm.

Stephany P. Sanchez,

Of Counsel

Stephany Sanchez graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida, in Tampa.

She majored in Government and International Studies, and received a Certificate of Asian Studies. Stephany continued to pursue her interest in Asian culture and language at Nankai University, in Tianjin, China, where she studied Mandarin Chinese.

After returning from China, Ms. Sanchez turned her attention to the study of law. She worked as a law clerk for the Department of Justice, in the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and received her Juris Doctorate with honors from Stetson University College of Law, St. Petersburg, Florida.

Stephany Sanchez, lives in Hillsborough County and is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association.
