Thomas F. Cox, Managing Partner

Thom Cox is a native and lifelong resident of St. Petersburg, Florida. Mr. Cox completed his high school education on an accelerated program in three years and college in two and one half years, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and History from Morehead State University. He continued his education at Stetson University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1983.
Mr. Cox, an experienced bankruptcy lawyer in Saint Petersburg, is an active member in a number of law-affiliated groups, including the St. Petersburg Bar Association, and the Florida Bar Grievance Committee. He is a former certified circuit/civil mediator and arbitrator, and former Special Tax Master for the Pinellas County Tax Collector.

Stephany P. Sanchez, Partner

Stephany Sanchez graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She majored in Government and International Studies and received Certificate of Asian Studies. Stephany continued to pursue her interest in Asian culture and language at Nankai University in Tianjin, China, where she studied Mandarin Chinese.
After returning from China, Ms. Sanchez turned her attention to the study of law. She worked as a law clerk for the Department of Justice in the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and received her Juris Doctorate with honors from Stetson University College of Law, St. Petersburg, Florida. Stephany Sanchez, now a bankruptcy attorney in Saint Petersburg, is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association.
